Alexandra brings a rare blend of experience to the recruiting world. She has a keen understanding of the industry’s demands, culture, and talent needs. She spent the first ten years of her career working on Wall Street in a multitude of roles such as investment banking/advisory, fund derivatives, and merchant banking.

She transitioned into executive search in 2016 and has since earned a strong reputation for her ability to connect high-performing professionals with leading investment firms. Known for her thoughtful approach, industry insight, and high ethical standards, Alexandra has built trusted relationships across the alternative investment landscape.

Alexandra holds a BS in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern, graduating summa cum laude in three years. She is also a trained chef and has worked in restaurants throughout Italy — an experience that further shaped her appreciation for precision, discipline, and excellence.

Outside of work, Alexandra is married and the proud mother of a young daughter, who reminds her every day of the value of curiosity, patience, and learning with humility. Her commitment to integrity and long-term relationships are deeply personal — they are values she brings not only to her family but to every client and candidate interaction.
